And that's a wrap.

Time to get some rest and do it all (or some of it) again tomorrow. I wash my face again, brush my teeth, and pop my retainer in. I try to get about 8 hours of sleep per night, more often than not, I can get in about 9. If I'm feeling particularly mindful, I'll read for a bt before bed, but usually I just hit the hay.
